Paul Stewart and Phil Beck together with the Players; Scott Balfour (Alice Springs), Don Bruce( S. A) , Chris Pemberton (Darwin) , Bob Sharp and Danny Spooner.

The programme encompasses traditional and broadside ballads, with dashes of the Blues and contemporary 'folk idiom' songs all leavened with some comic pieces to lighten the gloom. This powerful music invites us to peer into the mysteries of life and death through the prism of violence, suicide, state-sanctioned killing, assassination, anarchy, racism, sociopathy and just plain naughtiness in general.

Accompanied by slides. No murders committed.
